About Us
Letterfest is one of the fastest-growing, profitable startups in the UK. We create unique, personalised gifts to mark meaningful moments.
We’ve been on a rapid growth trajectory, especially in the USA, and have ambitious plans for the future. Our mission is to make people feel extraordinarily special, and bring them closer to the people they love, through the power of personalised gifts.
So far, we’ve shipped hundreds of thousands of gifts, building a profitable, fast-growth e-commerce company with a wonderful team.
About the Role
As Head of Content, you will fuel our growth from £5M to £10M in annual revenue over the next two years, by producing world-class content for our website and ads.
You’ll lead our content plan and production, working closely with the Head of Growth and CEO, learning how to build a modern brand. You’ll transform our digital advertising and eCommerce performance, as we take on product expansion and international launches. Additionally, you’ll build and lead a team, taking it from 3 to 6 people over the next two years.
This role is perfect for a highly organised and creative storyteller, who is ready to step up into a challenging, entrepreneurial and rewarding leadership position.
You will manage an in-house Content Creator and Designer, and a host of UGC creators, freelancers and agencies.
We don’t believe age necessarily defines ability or experience; instead, we value self-starters who are always looking for ways to improve results, the business, and themselves.
Joining Letterfest at this exciting stage will require a hands-on, curious, fast-learning, and action-oriented person. Your values and character are just as important to us as your skills and experience, as we’re passionate about building an exceptional team.
