Job description
As our Ops Manager, you will directly contribute to lempire revenue by making the sales team more efficient with better processes and operations and automating cold outreach activities.
đ You will:
Be responsible for the lead generation for the sales team & nurture them with high-intent leads
Organize sales activities (territory management, process implementation, CRM admin) and train them
Collaborate with data and tech team to build the infrastructure that will scale our sales activities
Create your own automations using no-code tools to automate low-value-added tasks and experiment faster
Experiment with innovative approaches to improve existing processes (e.g implement new intents, try new messagingâŚetc.)
Analyze results and leverage insights to optimize the strategy
Create & manage cold outreach campaigns using our own software (lemlist) to drive meetings for the sales team
Your scope can change over time; we are a truly agile company.

You already have set-up a CRM and automation for your company
You study in a top business school / or have a meaningful background
You have a strong interest in SaaS and the Sales automation space
You have operations, sales or marketing experience
You already used lemlist or a CRM like Hubspot/Pipedrive/Salesforce
You love automation and have already automated activities for your personal/pro life
You are native in English
