About the Marketing Team 

The Marketing Team is responsible for branding and communication, demand generation, customer experience, and product marketing. By bringing these elements together into a cohesive strategy, the team works to deliver on our global brand promise.  

Based at our headquarters in Amsterdam, the team collaborates closely with our offices in the US, Canada, Germany, the UK, and APAC regions. 

About the Role 

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist who excels in understanding technical content and can effectively identify and articulate the customer benefits of our products, as well as market fit. In this role, you will focus on understanding customer needs - through independent and external research - and translating them into compelling value propositions and messaging. 

You will collaborate with product management and marketing teams to develop engaging go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, and create marketing programs that effectively reach target audiences, generate leads, and drive revenue. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the product team to identify key product marketing priorities and articulate the customer benefits of our products. 
  • Develop marketing deliverables and content, such as sales enablement documents, case studies, product videos, and website copy. 
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to stay informed about industry developments and to understand how our products compare. 
  • Translate product benefits into demand generation activities that engage and inform prospects. 
  • Monitor the buyer journey to track product feature adoption and usage, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement to the product team and other departments. 
  • Manage relationships with industry analysts. 
  • Drive and manage the go-to-market process for new product introductions, including coordinating communication plans and ensuring alignment with brand positioning. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3+ years of international experience as a Product Marketing Specialist. 
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools. 
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skills. 
  • A BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or a related field. 
  • A blend of commercial awareness and creative thinking. 
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms) and Google Analytics is a plus. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong command of English.
