Event Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of impactful events, including tradeshows, summits, webinars, and workshops, across multiple regions. This role involves managing day-to-day logistics and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver seamless, engaging experiences that align with strategic goals.

What is the role about?

As an Event Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global event plans, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and programming in coordination with the team lead.
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery. Manage communications with speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
  • Create and maintain pre-approved event budgets, tracking expenses and negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects, working with vendors and agencies to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, manage registrations, and drive audience engagement through various channels.
  • Lead on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and quickly resolving any issues for a high-quality participant experience.
  • Gather feedback, analyze event success, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning and management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • A hands-on approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems independently.
  •  Expertise in structuring detailed plans and managing logistics.
