Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Researcher (Founding).

Key Responsibilities

• Define research strategy, operating model, and create templates and an insights repository
• Plan and execute end-to-end studies, including problem framing, method selection, and analysis
• Translate insights into roadmaps and partner with teams to define problems and success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX Research, preferably in consumer product, marketplace, e-commerce, or travel
• Experience with AI for research planning, recruiting, and synthesis
• Mastery of moderated and unmoderated testing
• Fluency in tools like UserTesting.com, Maze, and Hotjar/FullStory
• Data-literate with the ability to pair qualitative insights with product analytics
