Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Creative Services to establish and lead its in-house creative function.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's design vision and standards for brand consistency
• Build, mentor, and manage a small in-house design team and external creative partners
• Oversee the design and production of marketing and sales materials, including digital content and event collateral

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in design or creative services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building and managing high-performing creative teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design
• Hands-on experience in managing video production and creative vendors
• Excellent project management skills with experience in creative workflows
