Key Responsibilities

• Establish and deliver high-quality environment assets, shaders, and modular kits
• Provide mentorship and direction to team members to achieve project goals
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain visual quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team lead in large-scale game development
• Deep understanding of modularity, versatility, and efficiency in environment art
• Advanced knowledge of shader development and 3D environment art creation
• Experience with industry-standard software (Photoshop, Maya, Max, Substance, etc.)
• Ability to autonomously create innovative environment art content aligned with visual pillars
