Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create user-centered designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
• Execute user experience design and contribute insights during early-stage discussions while delivering production-ready designs
• Drive the design workflow in Figma, ensuring consistent interface patterns and integration with the development process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in digital product or web application environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Figma and basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces or AI-integrated tools preferred
• Familiarity with design best practices, including accessibility, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred
