Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor Pool - 2025/2026: Student Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and manage courses related to Student Engagement, including curriculum development and classroom functions
• Train and supervise student teaching assistants and support onboarding for first-year and transfer students
• Contribute to strategic planning and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the College of Business

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Education, College Student Services and Administration, or a closely related field
• Experience supporting students in higher education settings
• Demonstrated commitment to educational equity and advancing diverse perspectives
• Record of effective teaching at a high school level or accredited university
• High computer proficiency, including strong MS Office skills
