Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing eLearning, job aids, and instructor-led training materials
  • Curate and organize learning content from various platforms and support training logistics
  • Monitor learner feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role in a technical environment
  • Experience with eLearning tools and LMS platforms required
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and basic instructional design models
  • Coursework or certifications in instructional design or LMS administration is a plus
