Role: Appointment Setter
Hours: 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time
Compensation: $15-$20 per show, with the potential for 10+ shows daily (Commission-Based)

Lago is seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. This position involves making outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them in conversation, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. Your contributions will be essential in driving the growth of our customer base and increasing our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads to assess their needs and determine the best fit.
• Set appointments and ensure prospects review necessary materials.
• Push for essential information in a professional, engaging manner.
• Manage a high volume of appointments, aiming to reach 10+ shows per day.

• Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to qualify leads and set appointments.
• Native-level or nearly flawless proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer outreach is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• Comfortable working with CRM software and communication tools.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a strong desire to help drive sales success.
