We need people who are outgoing, friendly and confident selling on the phone with a go-getter attitude and a passion for social media. You’ll be selling social media training products to local brands and marketing teams looking to grow their presence online. We are a very vibrant and fun company and are looking for individuals who will be a great representation of the work that we do.This is a high-earning opportunity with clear pathways for growth and leadership as we expand our sales division.What You’ll Do
• Conduct outreach viacold calls , emails, DMs, and networking
• Track outreach numbers, warm leads, conversions, and follow-ups
• Manage your own sales pipeline and report weekly stats to leadership
• Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales process
• Collaborate with our team to ensure clear handoffs and smooth onboarding
• Provide basic client support through follow-up questions and status updatesExpectations & Goals:
You’ll be expected to:
Make50+ cold contacts/week(calls, emails, or DMs)
Have10+ warm convos/week
Close2–4 course sales/week
Close1+ audit sale/month
Upsell into the $10K strategy plan as opportunities arise
Come into the office for weekly reviews – Via Zoom if remote.Compensation & Structure
• 20% commission across all sales (products range from $499 to $10,000)
• Bonus opportunities for hitting monthly sales goals
• Flexible schedule (work from home with in-person local outreach as needed)
