Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Operations Manager with timely review of Scholarships and Grants Applications
  • Respond to e-mails in a group inbox regarding Scholarships and Grants within a 24-hour response time
  • Mail merge Scholarships and Grants related decisions to students and their institutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years' experience in a sales and/or customer service oriented field required
  • Study abroad experiences strongly preferred
  • High emotional quotient (EQ); approachable and empathetic in communications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce skills preferred but will train the right candidate
