We’re seeking a Operations Admin to join our *Shopt team in our Thame office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team, in a varied role that has lots of room to grow! The *shopt app is now in its 6th year and we have ambitious growth targets for our app users in 2025.
The core function of this role is to deliver the operational requirements to ensure the app is full of vibrant content and that our retailers receive the best-in-class customer support.
Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9
Hybrid working available
Salary: Up to £24K per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of app content through offer management and creation – Using offer briefs as provided by the client account manager and operations sales exec ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
- Management of retailer comms in line with SLA criteria using email ticketing system ensuring positive retailer engagement and satisfaction is maintained. Simultaneously raising internal awareness of common questions to take proactive action with the wider team.
- Onboarding of new retailers with our verification process, identifying anomalies taking care to support retailers with errors in their account applications.
- Lead the reporting element of weekly operations meeting providing reports and review documents.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Completion of administration tasks as directed by Operations Manager.
- Maintenance of *shopt operational process manual, ensuring all processes (current and new) are agreed by the *shopt management team and fully documented in the manual.
