Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Customer Engagement Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage IT/business engagement models and services aligned with business strategies
  • Develop relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and create shared technology plans
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure customer needs are met and advocate for business units


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in the P&C insurance industry
  • Strong technology expertise in digital, automation, application modernization, data, and analytics
  • Experience in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Prior experience in driving business transformation and leading large-scale technology initiatives
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
