• Manage client relationships through phone and email interactions while operating in a fast-paced service environment
• Educate clients on self-service options and maximize the use of various product offerings

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service support role
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in banking, a financial institution, or healthcare is preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms and computer applications
• Willingness to learn and support various products offered by the organization
