Master Scheduler (Cleared)

IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees all aspects of assigned projects (new TDL/TDPs), to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
  • Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
  • Develops detailed project plans. Monitors project milestones and generate periodic status reports.
  • Evaluates and manages risk. Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
  • Ensures each project is closed out in accordance with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and provide transition support following the completion of each project. Ensures all software and application development is supported by appropriate documentation.
  • Provides project management support to teams performing application development, legacy application migration to containerized applications, data solution development, solutioning and innovation teams, security development and implementation teams, or data warehouse/database development teams.

Location: On-site in Tampa, FL

  • Journeyman level: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 - 10 years of relevant experience
  • Substitutions for education:
    • Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
    • 6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work with Teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own.
  • Ability to work fully on-site with minimal accommodation

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have at a minimum active DOD TS/SCI to be considered for this role.
