Job Title: Outbound Engagement Lead
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum + commission (capped at £2k per annum)
Hours per week: 35 per week - flexible 8:00am - 6:00pm contract on a rota basis. Shifts are 8.00am-4.00pm, 9.00am-5.00pm, 10.00am-6.00pm, 11.00 – 19.00pm, 12.00 – 20.00.

You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

About the role
We are expanding our Customer Service team and looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional with a passion for driving revenue growth and building meaningful customer relationships. If you are an enthusiastic, sales professional then read on to find out more about joining our team as an Outbound Sales Advisor, to play a crucial role in propelling our business and positioning our products and services to deliver growth to our stakeholders.
Using your sales and customer service experience, you will learn our product and service portfolio from end to end and be able to confidently relay this to new and existing customers to meet your set targets and KPI's. Along with creating tailored campaign strategies, employing lead generation techniques and addressing customer objections to complete the sales process.

What we are looking for.
We are seeking a candidate with previous outbound sales or telemarketing experience, well-versed in lead generation, objection handling, and closing techniques. You should be comfortable using customer service software and telephony systems, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. If you are confident, persistent, and driven to succeed, this is the role for you!
To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, ideally within a membership or customer-service-driven environment. Your history of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service will set you up for success. You will also have experience working in a contact centre environment, where you’ve honed your ability to engage with customers and meet their needs effectively. Building and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be second nature to you, ensuring smooth and productive interactions.
With your sales and customer service expertise, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, empowering you to confidently speak to both new and existing customers, hitting your targets, and achieving KPIs. You will also play a pivotal role in crafting campaign strategies, generating leads, and overcoming objections to close deals effectively.
