As our chosen Community Manager, every day you will help people buy their dream home, supervise and support property staff, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Alpine Vista Village (123 Spaces) is a beautiful, manufactured housing community in Loveland, CO and we want YOU to be our leader!

To thrive in this role:
Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management 

Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Must Live On-Site

Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property

Must physically read meters at each space

Must have a valid driver's license

Manage America experience
