Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Field phone calls and emails from families, collecting necessary information for referrals
• Check insurance eligibility and communicate ABA benefits to families
• Coordinate onboarding and scheduling of initial assessment appointments

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish written and verbal communication
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in the intake field
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in ABA therapy, preference for 3+ years
• Preference for intake experience
• Proficiency with Google Suite preferred
