Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Facilitator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the LTD carrier and Allsup's Claims Management, maintaining communication on SSDI claims and workflow
  • Provide technical expertise regarding SSDI claims and maintain knowledge of SSA programs and procedures
  • Review claims, track status, and update the LTD carrier's claims system, while performing data entry as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
  • Disability claims experience with Allsup, OHO, SSA, or the LTD division of an insurance carrier required
