Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales & Lead Generation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication
• Develop and implement demand generation strategies to increase product awareness and customer interest
• Oversee lead generation campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/technology/chemical engineering, business, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical roles, preferably in the plastics and chemical industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of plastics and chemical products and their applications
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
