A company is looking for a Senior Director of Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Merchandising and Planning functions to support business growth and profitability
• Manage product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional execution
• Oversee financial planning and performance analysis across categories and channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category management
• Experience with premium brands and/or jewelry is a plus
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong command of digital/e-commerce metrics
