Indiana RN Outpatient Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse-Outpatient Triage in the Cardiology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based patient care along the care continuum
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Perform duties associated with symptom management, direct patient care, and telehealth services

Required Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required
• Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction may be required
