Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with health insurance enrollment and inquiries

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plans based on eligibility and budget

Required Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License
• Willing to obtain 2026 AHIP Certification
• 2 years of Medicare sales experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and insurance sales platforms
