• Handle lead volume primarily through inbound calls

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; some college is a plus
• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service
• Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages
• Intermediate to expert computer acumen
• Possession of an active Property and Casualty license is required
