Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch the Sales Enablement function, focusing on onboarding and ongoing learning
• Develop and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks and training materials
• Define and report on enablement KPIs to improve productivity and alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM Enablement in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in developing enablement programs for technical products
• Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable impact
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to align multiple teams
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
