 Huddle Up operates in all 50 states, serving nearly a thousand schools across diverse regions nationwide, and has successfully delivered over 1 million sessions in speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health, and school psychology. We provide both virtual and onsite support, ensuring that students receive quality and consistent care in the format that best meets district needs.

  We are currently hiring in Illinois, and accepting Nationwide applications for the 24/25 school year!

What You’ll Do: 

As a full-time Huddle Up employee, this is an exciting opportunity to blend in-person care with Huddle Up’s innovative tech-enabled platform. Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering speech language pathology services in a K-12 setting for school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in a collaborative and community based environment.

  • Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Occupational Therapy services to children in need
  • Develop your skills, career, and expertise with a supportive team-based environment
  • Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse population of school aged children

The on-target earnings for this role are $42-$50 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to commit to 40 hours per week 
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid OT license in your state of residence
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance
  • At least 6 months of experience developing, implementing, and leading an IEP for students in a school setting
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
