About Hollywood Park
Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.
Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. YouTube Theater is an intimate venue, making it the perfect place for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.

As the Programming Specialist, You Will...
SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park are looking for a dynamic Programming Specialist to support the growth and success of our Programming and Booking team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing key strategies and processes for the team. We’re seeking a creative problem solver who is adaptable, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional live events, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, self-motivation, creativity, and a positive attitude. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Programming and Booking, this role calls for a deep understanding of the live sports and entertainment industry and the ability to craft unforgettable experiences for our guests.
The Programming Specialist will support the Programming team in managing bookings across SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. This role involves general administrative duties, process development, and client support, as well as using event booking software to maintain accurate venue calendars. The ideal candidate has a sales mindset and thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with departments like finance, marketing, and event services to ensure smooth event execution.
More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To…
• Event Development & Curation: Identify new event opportunities and trends, from concerts and sports to community gatherings. Seek partnerships and develop pitches that align with the venue’s brand.
• Programming Strategy: Assist in creating programming plans to drive attendance and revenue, using data insights and market research to shape decisions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and serve as a primary contact for promoters, artists, and external partners.
• Event Management: Oversee logistics for assigned events and provide hands-on support during event days.
• Revenue Optimization: Explore opportunities for additional revenue streams and develop proposals to enhance profitability and guest experiences.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, sharing insights with the team.
Additional Duties:
• Cultivate industry and artist relationships in order to secure business
• Bring established and existing relationships from your peer group
• Assist with creating sales materials, contracts, and proposals.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations with professional judgment, discretion, and tact.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage financial terms and obligations of expense contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite required; bilingual abilities in Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin are a plus.
• Report and interpret event results for senior management and take on special projects as needed.
We’d Love to Hear From People With…
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in events, communications, marketing, or within an agency setting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin are a plus.
• In-depth understanding of the facility management industry, including the promotion of sporting events, concerts, and family shows.
• Adaptable and reliable team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
• Stays informed about trends and developments in booking, sports, and entertainment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to professionalism and timeliness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to adapt to changing needs and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Compensation: $67,000 - $75,000
