Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Healthcare (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales customer lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through ongoing assistance and product optimization
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their business objectives and identify new sales opportunities
• Facilitate contract renewals and negotiations, addressing customer needs and ensuring compliance with service agreements
