Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts payable and support key accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing and payments
• Perform reconciliations for credit cards, reimbursements, and accounts
• Support month-end close, fixed asset tracking, and GAAP compliance

Required Qualifications

• AP experience in a growth stage start-up environment
• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience using NetSuite or similar accounting software
• Audit and tax experience
• A degree in finance and accounting or equivalent experience
