Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager responsible for providing contract support to the sales organization and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process contract agreements and escalations, ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing and special provisions, while collaborating with legal counsel
• Facilitate training and establish processes to improve efficiency within the Contract Management team

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 2+ years of experience with commercial contracts preferred
• Proficiency in redlining documents using Microsoft Word
• Previous experience in telecom/cable industries and with sales teams is a plus
• Ability to manage a high volume of contracts under tight deadlines
