Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial Contract Associate to support faculty by drafting and negotiating research-related agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate material transfer and research-related agreements
• Conduct data privacy assessments and implement privacy policies in compliance with laws
• Serve as a point of contact for data privacy inquiries and deliver training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate industry research agreements
• Understanding of intellectual property and licensing issues in industry-sponsored research
• Knowledge of university research environment and policies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
