Position Overview:

The VP Global Enterprise will be directly responsible for driving sales in Tier 1 accounts and managing the pursuit of large-scale, high-complexity deals. This is a high-impact role that requires deep expertise in enterprise sales, exceptional leadership, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles while maintaining a focus on results.

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with a history of closing multi-million-dollar deals in technology or SaaS and the ability to engage with C-level executives in global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Own the global strategy for targeting, engaging, and closing Tier 1 and Upmarket enterprise deals.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of large-scale opportunities, ensuring consistent movement through the sales funnel.

  • Drive aggressive revenue growth by leading the pursuit of deals with an average size of $500K to $1M+ ARR.

  • Maintain a disciplined approach to sales forecasting, using CRM tools to deliver accurate, data-driven projections.

Deal Leadership and Closing

  • Personally lead critical sales pursuits, including large, complex negotiations with high-stakes enterprise accounts.

  • Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic Tier 1 deals, leveraging relationships to accelerate deal velocity.

  • Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Team Leadership

  • Hire, coach, and mentor a global team of Senior Account Executives and supporting sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, driving accountability across regions (EU, US, APAC).

  • Provide ongoing training and development to elevate the team’s skills in enterprise selling and negotiation.

Opportunity Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders at target organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals ($500K+ ARR).

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams globally.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions, preferably in the RegTech, financial services, or compliance domains.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, with a history of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

  • Data-Driven: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting methodologies.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. MBA is a plus but not required.

  • Global Perspective: Experience working in a global capacity, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances in sales. Willingness to travel globally is a must.
