A company is looking for a Guest & Member Care Specialist to provide support for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues from start to finish
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure timely responses
• Assist with reservations, data maintenance, and VIP requests while supporting hotel operations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel and Word
• Ability to learn and work with department operating systems
• Basic math skills for calculations and data handling
• Sound judgment and ability to make decisions independently
