Location & Remote Work

Our product marketing team works in the "remote-first" model, which means that we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

Stages of the Selection Process

Our selection process currently lasts an average of 40 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:

    1. Screening: Initial review of your application and resume to assess qualifications.
    2. Interview with People Team: A conversation to get to know you better and understand your motivations and fit for the company.
    3. Case Study: A practical exercise or assignment to evaluate your problem-solving abilities and approach.
    4. Interview with Direct Manager: A deeper discussion to assess your technical skills, experience, and how you align with the role's responsibilities.
    5. Interview with Head: A final round to assess cultural fit and long-term potential within the team and company.
    6. Offer: If approved, we will present you with an offer to join our team.

As a Product Marketing Specialist you will:

As a Product Marketing Specialist for the Rede QuintoAndar and Agents business lines, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and enhancing the value proposition of our solutions for real estate partnerships and associated agents. You will play a key role in creating and executing product marketing strategies, working closely with Product, Sales, and Research teams to ensure that our solutions effectively meet market needs and partner expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies from discovery, value proposition, positioning and lifecycle for the Rede (small and medium real estate agencies) and Agents (real estate partners) solutions, aligning with the needs of our users. 
  • Create and manage product marketing roadmaps, tracking the progress of features and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Brief and monitor market research and interviews with the target.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, focusing on scaling Rede and enhancing the Agents experience.
  • Develop and refine product messaging and value propositions tailored to the needs of agents and agencies to create greater market impact.
  • Ensure all stakeholders (customer support, operations, sales, legal, marketing, product) are aligned on launch process steps and that communication is clear and effective.
  • Collaborate (a lot) with cross-functional teams (product, sales, research, etc.) to discuss strategies and achieve a common path. 
  • Enable the sales team on new products and features, ensuring they understand the solutions and feel confident selling them to customers.
  • Provide detailed product information and data to the Brand and Public Relations team, supporting the creation of press releases and promotional materials.
  • Monitor the performance of new products and features, analyzing data, identifying potential improvements, and working on solutions to increase adoption and user satisfaction.

    • Experience in product marketing, ideally in technology, real estate, or B2B/B2C platforms.
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and make insights-driven decisions.
    • Experience in product launch strategies and integrated communication.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, research, etc.) to achieve common goals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
    • Advanced in English + Portuguese.
    • Very organized, with project management skills;
    • Copywriting skills; 
    • Proactivity in identifying market opportunities and creatively solving problems.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and integrate feedback from multiple areas.
    • Knowledge of the real estate market and the needs of agents and real estate agencies is a plus.
