As Business Development Manager - SP City Owner, you will play a key role in understanding the business needs and opportunities of brokers, helping them grow and achieve exceptional results.

You will be responsible for defining the strategic approach for the São Paulo market, leading the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and managing a portfolio of brokers with full accountability for their success. With the autonomy to develop and execute comprehensive plans, you will also receive support from cross-functional teams to maximize results and drive impactful outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brokers, with accountability for their success. With autonomy to develop and execute strategies, you will receive support from various teams to maximize results.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and oversee the team of Account Managers in São Paulo, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Define and implement the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the São Paulo market, identifying key opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Design and establish scalable processes and performance indicators to optimize team operations and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Develop and monitor comprehensive KPIs to assess and improve the performance of brokers, Account Managers, and the overall business strategy in the region.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to generate actionable insights and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance broker engagement, supply acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in building and maintaining trust-based relationships with brokers, their agents, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and adoption of QuintoAndar’s processes and products.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pilot projects and process improvements that scale effectively across the region.
  • Stay informed about real estate trends and market dynamics to ensure strategies are data-driven and market-relevant, positioning São Paulo as a benchmark for success.
  • This is a hybrid position, which means you will do most of the work remotely but will also be required to work in person with brokers.

We are a highly collaborative team, seeking to add outstanding members who will contribute to keep building the best business for our clients. This is a hybrid position, which means you will do most of the work remotely, but will also be required to work in-person with brokers. 

  • Possess a completed degree (regardless of the field, all backgrounds are welcome);
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably in business, consultancy, and/or strategic sales roles;
  • Be self-sufficient and resourceful, having a proven track record of operating successfully in an autonomous work environment;
  • Be inherently driven to achieve excellence, consistently surpassing targets, and performing at a top level month after month;
  • Have an accurate business sense and be capable of running in-depth analysis over your portfolio of brokers' performance and designing actionable insights and winning strategies autonomously;
  • Be creative in exploring new perspectives and proposing ideas to leverage brokers' results;
  • Be able to build and nurture business relationships with brokers, gaining trust and influencing positively all those that work with them. You will be seen as the reference for the brokers’ business growth in QuintoAndar;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
