Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the DTC performance marketing framework, including channel strategy and budgeting
• Lead DTC-focused acquisition campaigns and define KPIs in collaboration with data science and engineering
• Drive insights through paid messaging tests and manage performance agencies to optimize campaign results

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Growth and User Acquisition experience with a focus on consumer DTC brands
• Proven track record of driving results on Meta and Google platforms
• Experience with app marketing for both iOS and Android, including strategy and execution
• Comfortable with marketing technology and automation
• Experience in B2B marketing is a bonus
