Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to develop and implement communication strategies that engage employees and align them with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an internal communication strategy promoting transparency and employee engagement
• Create and distribute updates and communication materials to inform employees about company news and initiatives
• Support senior leadership in crafting and delivering messages to employees during various communication events

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications
• Strong understanding of tools and platforms used in internal communications
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with survey tools and communication analytics is a plus
