A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Own and optimize paid digital channels to improve CAC, pipeline velocity, and ROI
• Partner with sales teams to execute Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting key accounts

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or DevOps
• Hands-on experience managing paid media and web conversion paths
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and technical audiences is a plus
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
