This is an exciting opportunity to join the global People Business Partnering function at Grafana Labs. You will report to our Director of People Business Partnering and form a critical part of our R&D Business Partnering team supporting our global leadership team to design, implement and drive our People strategy, all while helping us maintain our culture as we scale.
Our ideal candidate will be able to comfortably span both strategic planning and highly tactical workloads. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the talent agenda at the same time as rolling your sleeves up to make things happen. You will need to understand the interplay between talent, culture and business needs and have the experience to navigate and make an impact on those inputs. In the United Kingdom, the base compensation range for this role is £78,000 - £94,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
