Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Sales Director to drive international sales and manage global strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and gross margin targets through effective commercial plans and global growth initiatives
  • Develop and lead a high-performing salesforce by training and managing regional sales teams
  • Identify new sales opportunities and manage strategies based on market research and competitive analysis
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in a related field; MBA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of B2B experience in value-added specialty materials and equipment
  • Significant experience managing international sales teams, preferably in Asia and Europe
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software, particularly Salesforce
  • Excellent familiarity with legal, global regulatory, and compliance issues impacting business operations
