Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President-Retirement Plans (IL/WI).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large territory, uncovering new sources of business
• Ensure quota attainment to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction
• Improve product knowledge and mentor others to enhance team success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Securities licenses 6, 63, and 65 required
• 5+ years of experience in field/outside sales of retirement plan products
• Experience traveling and working a territory
• Strong experience with retirement plans and wholesaling
