Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genetic Counselor Assistant to provide support to the lab-based Genetic Counseling team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients ordering genetic testing by coordinating with the lab Genetic Counselor team
• Respond to inquiries from clients and healthcare providers regarding genetic testing
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, database maintenance, and filing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a biological life science
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Strong multi-tasking ability with excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
