Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Support Specialist to provide customer support in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to comments on social media platforms using Sprout social tool
• Identify and log inquiries, adverse events, and product quality complaints using Sprout and Salesforce.com
• Respond to consumer emails in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in a customer service role
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Availability to work weekends
