Account Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager who is committed to customer success, sustainability, and achieving revenue growth. In this role, you’ll build lasting client relationships, guide them through each stage of the customer journey, and ensure smooth and effective communication throughout.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners;
• Manage customer portfolio and update customer data;
• Resolve customer requests, issues, and propositions;
• Analyze customer data to improve customer experience;
• Manage internal cross-team efforts and support product development.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Manager or Customer Relationship role;
• Technical education or work experience in a related field;
• Proactive and organized multitasker;
• Decision-making and problem-solving attitude;
• Service-oriented with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional support;
• High-level English and Estonian;
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales is a strong advantage.
