A company is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Specialist to support health insurance onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake and process customer health insurance selections for renewals and new plans
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication with health insurance carriers
• Maintain high quality standards and meet internal service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of work experience
• Experience with Google Workspace or Office Suite
• Familiarity with data entry and external company interactions
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously
• Experience processing administrative work to meet deadlines
