Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Head of Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive clinical operation activities and support the development of global clinical operations strategy
• Lead execution of global clinical operations activities and ensure resources are effectively utilized
• Manage compliance and risks related to global clinical operations and provide input for budget creation

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field
• Minimum of 20+ years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (15+ with a Master's)
• Extensive experience in clinical trial management with a record of completed trials across multiple therapeutic areas
• Thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practices and ICH Guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence senior leaders in clinical study design and strategy
