Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of their fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of all fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Monitor and control costs related to fuel, maintenance, and repairs while implementing cost-saving initiatives
• Supervise and lead a team of fleet maintenance staff and drivers, providing training and conducting performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related logistics/transportation role preferred
• Proven experience managing a large fleet of vehicles (100+), including heavy-duty trucks and trailers
• Experience with fleet management software and telematics systems
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and transportation regulations
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
