Your team

Frontify's Global Partnerships team is a community of highly motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds ranging across Sales, Agencies, Marketing, and Customer Success. Together, they elevate the company and grow as people. Outside of work, they're creatives, nature lovers, socializers, and so much more.


Your mission

Be at the forefront of our partnership journey by helping to identify, connect, and qualify potential partners across the EMEA region. From creative outbound outreach to managing inbound requests, this role creates the first impression of Frontify and lays the foundation for meaningful, long-term collaborations.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to kickstart a career in partnerships or sales, with plenty of room to learn, grow, and make an impact. The position will be a full time role sitting with our partnerships team.


Your story
  • Conduct research to identify potential partners across the EMEA region.
  • Craft and send tailored outbound messages to prospective partners.
  • Respond to inbound partnership requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualify partnership leads and schedule introductory meetings for Partner Managers.
  • Maintain accurate data and notes in our CRM and tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to refine outreach strategy based on results.
  • Support campaign planning and follow-up for partner-focused initiatives.


Your responsibilities
  • You're comfortable working in a hybrid setup, spending 1–2 days per week in our St. Gallen office.
  • As a recent graduate or entry-level professional, you're motivated to learn and grow in the areas of partnerships or sales. Any past exposure through school, internships, or side projects is a bonus.
  • You’re early in your career and eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. 
  • You're excited about tech, business, and the magic that happens when partnerships click. 
  • You enjoy researching, connecting the dots, and figuring out what makes a business tick. 
  • You're motivated, personable, and proactive with a natural ability to connect with others.
  • You’re confident communicating in English. German is a plus!
